A leader in Bryan-College Station real estate since entering in 1978 as office manager and relocation director, Marsha has focused on providing quality + service for her clients. TAMU ‘81 and UNT ‘74, plus her prior work experience as a Resident Advisor at UNT, civil service at Pearl Harbor Naval Housing in Hawaii, on site apartment manager in Hawaii, TAMU Corps Housing and supervisor of a local bank’s World Wide department have added to her skills to serve her client’s needs well. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Broker, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist (only 5% of agents/Brokers in US hold this designation) and Graduate of the Texas Real Estate Institute. She was awarded a Life Time Membership from the BCS Chamber of Commerce for outstanding service, is a Leadership Brazos Alume, and has served as chair on most committees of BCS Regional Board Of REALTORS(r). She is also past MLS President and served on the Board of Directors, along with several Texas Association of REALTORS(r) State Committees. She has been extremely active in her community and served as an officer on many community boards, as well as past President for Pebble Creek HOA, Zoning Board of Adjustment with City of College Station, Design Review Board, Chair of Historical Preservation, Wolf Pen Creek TIF, Community Appearance Committee, plus has served as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner with City of College Station.
