Phyllis Murphy Young is pleased to announce that she is the Manging Broker for Longitude Real Estate. Phyllis has been an active full time agent in the Bryan-College Station Real Estate industry since 1980. This has enabled her to gain many positive real estate experiences that give her Sellers and Buyers the most qualified professional agent to work with in this market.
Phyllis has many customers who have expressed great satisfaction with her knowledge of the local market. She actively sells the residential, commercial, multifamily and ranch properties of the Brazos Valley, the home of Texas A&M University. After graduation from Sam Houston University she spent a short term teaching. Phyllis decided to make Real Estate her career in 1980. Becoming a Real Estate Broker in the 80's she continues to stay active in the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of Realtors. She has been chairman of many committees and was President of the local association of Realtors in 2006. She is also an active member of the State and National Association of Realtors and was TREPAC Trustee for Region 8 of the Texas Association of Realtors from 2006-2009. Phyllis was honored to be named 2007 Realtor of the Year by the Bryan-College Station Regional Board of Realtors. She is a Breast Cancer survivor and was named Brazos County Horseperson of the year for 2009.
